01Campaign Overview+
Participating Retailer: Brands For Less LLC, Dubai, UAE ("BFL")
Promoter and Draw Organiser: DXBeyond LLC (“Dream Dubai”), under DET Permit No. COP-26-111016
o Shop with Brands For Less during the campaign period, receive your unique raffle entry link, and register for a chance to become the winner of the AED 1 Million Cash Grand Prize from Dream Dubai. o Participating channel: Eligible purchases made at Brands For Less stores across Dubai, or through Brands For Less website and mobile application in the UAE
Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of the below Terms & Conditions.
02Campaign Period+
The promotion is valid from 1 November 2026 at 00:01 UAE Time until 30 November 2026 at 23:59 UAE Time.
Only raffle registrations successfully completed via the Dream Dubai platform during the Campaign Period will be eligible for the raffle draw.
How to Participate
Step 1 | Shop at any Brands For Less in-stores in Dubai or Online via Brands For Less website or mobile app in the UAE.
Step 2 | Register to be eligible for the raffle entry Receive your unique entry coupon links from Brands For Less;
• For Online purchases: Via SMS and email
• For In-store purchases: A QR code will be printed on the purchase receipt. Customers must scan the QR code and complete the registration process to participate.
Once your registration is successfully completed, you'll be entered into the grand prize draw for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
03Eligibility+
To participate, customers must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Complete an eligible purchase from Brands For Less in-stores in Dubai or through Brands For Less Online UAE during the Campaign Period.
• Customer should mandatorily provide a valid mobile number and/ or email address at the time of purchase. Customers who do not provide a valid mobile number or email will not receive the raffle registration link via WhatsApp and hence unable to complete their entry registration into the Raffle.
• Customers must complete their raffle registration through the participation link.
• Customers experiencing any issues during the registration process must contact Dream Dubai support team directly for assistance.
• Comply with all these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Dream Dubai raffle requirements.
• Employees of Brands For Less Group, and DXBeyond LLC (Dream Dubai), including their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this campaign. • Registration for the Draw shall close on 30 November 2026 at 23:59 UAE Time.
04Participation Tiers+
Raffle entries are awarded based on the value of each individual qualifying transaction.

05Transaction Qualification Rules+
5.1 Eligibility is determined on a per-transaction (bill) basis.
5.2 Customers may qualify through multiple transactions during the Campaign Period.
5.3 Multiple qualifying transactions completed on the same day are eligible and will each earn raffle entries based on their respective transaction values.
5.4 Separate transactions cannot be combined to qualify for a higher participation tier.
5.5 A maximum of ten (10) raffle entries may be awarded per qualifying transaction.
5.6 Each qualifying transaction will generate a separate Dream Dubai raffle participation link.
5.7 The qualifying spend amount shall be determined based on the final transaction value after all applicable discounts, promotions, and vouchers have been applied.
5.8 Dual entry mechanics: Customers can participate in the AED 1 Million Cash Grand Prize Draw through either of the following entry methods.
(a) Through Brands For Less shopping: Eligible customers who make qualifying purchases through Brands For Less in-stores in Dubai or through Brands For Less website or app in the UAE during the Campaign Period will receive raffle entries based on their transaction value, in accordance with the entry thresholds and raffle registration process specified in these Terms & Conditions.
(b) Through Dream Dubai App: Customers may alternatively enter the Campaign by purchasing AED 75 Modesh Credit through Dream Dubai App, which will entitle them to one (1) raffle ticket into the Grand Prize Draw during the same Campaign Period.
06Distribution of Participation Links+
6.1 Brands For Less will identify eligible transactions and distribute participation links via SMS to the mobile number provided at the time of purchase and/or via email to the registered email address available in its records.
6.2 Raffle participation links will be sent via SMS to the mobile number provided by eligible customers and /or registered email id after completing a qualifying purchase transaction. If an eligible customer does not receive the participation link, they may contact Brands For Less Customer Care team for assistance.
6.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid contact information.
6.4 Brands For Less shall not be responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered communications resulting from incorrect customer information, spam filters, network issues, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.5 Receipt of a participation link does not guarantee prize entitlement and remains subject to successful registration and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
07Regulatory Compliance+
7.1 Dream Dubai shall obtain and maintain all permits, approvals, and regulatory authorisations required for the conduct of the raffle draw in Dubai.
7.2 The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
7.3 Any participation found to be in violation of applicable laws or regulatory requirements may be declared invalid.
08Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations+
8.1 All qualifying purchases remain subject to the standard Brands For Less return, refund, and exchange policy.
8.2 If a qualifying transaction is fully or partially returned, refunded, exchanged, or cancelled within the applicable return window, Brands For Less reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the corresponding raffle entry entitlement.
8.3 Brands For Less and Dream Dubai reserve the right to investigate and disqualify any participation arising from fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or manipulated transaction activity.
09Dream Dubai Raffle Draw+
9.1 The Grand Prize consists of AED 1,000,000 Cash (One Million UAE Dirhams) for 1 winner.
9.2 Draw date: On or before 8 December 2026. (The draw date may be changed without prior notice, subject to approval from DET).
9.3 Dream Dubai shall be solely responsible for:
• Raffle infrastructure and ticketing mechanisms.
• Registration platform and participation processing.
• Draw management and administration.
• Winner selection and verification.
• Winner notification.
• Prize fulfilment.
• Customer support relating to the raffle draw.
9.4 The draw shall be conducted by Dream Dubai, in accordance with all applicable UAE laws, permits, and regulatory approvals including Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
9.5 Dream Dubai's decision regarding winner selection, eligibility verification, and prize fulfilment shall be final and binding.
9.6 Participation in the campaign does not guarantee winning a prize.
9.7 If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to complete the required verification process, declines the prize, or is subsequently found to be ineligible under applicable UAE laws, regulations, or authority requirements, Dream Dubai reserves the right, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and directives (including those of DET, where applicable), to select an alternative winner.
9.8 Prize must be collected within 2 months of the winner announcement. If the prize is not claimed within two (2) months, Dream Dubai shall deal with it in accordance with DET’s instructions, which may include selecting an alternative winner.
9.9 The selected winner must be legally eligible and fully authorized to receive, own, and accept the prize under all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements at the time of winner verification and prize award. The winner will be required to provide valid identification and any supporting documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter or Dream Dubai to verify eligibility. If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, unable to satisfy any legal, regulatory, compliance, or verification requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize for any reason, Dream Dubai reserves the right to disqualify such winner and select an alternate winner in accordance with the campaign rules. No compensation, cash alternative, or substitute prize will be provided to a disqualified winner.
9.10 The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable and may not be sold, gifted, substituted, redeemed for cash, or transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The prize shall be awarded only to the verified winner who satisfies all eligibility, verification, and prize acceptance requirements of the campaign. All additional terms and conditions, prize fulfilment requirements, and winner obligations imposed by Dream Dubai shall apply and form an integral part of these Campaign Terms and conditions.
10Personal Data & Privacy+
10.1 By participating in the campaign, customers consent to the processing of their personal information by Brands For Less and Dream Dubai for campaign administration purposes.
10.2 Personal data will be used for Campaign administration, Entry validation, Registration processing, Fraud prevention, Winner verification, Prize fulfilment, Customer support &Regulatory compliance.
10.3 Personal information shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the respective privacy policies of Brands For Less and Dream Dubai.
10.4 By participating in this campaign, the winner grants Brands For Less Group and Dream Dubai and their respective affiliates and agencies the right, without additional compensation, to use, publish, reproduce, and display the winner's name, photograph, image, likeness, voice recordings, video content, and prize details for promotional, advertising, marketing, publicity, and announcement purposes across any media channels, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, digital channels, print media, and press releases, worldwide and for a reasonable period following the Campaign.
11Disqualification+
Brands For Less and Dream Dubai reserve the right to reject, invalidate, or disqualify any participation and will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion and final draw where:
• False, inaccurate, or misleading information has been provided.
• Fraudulent transactions are identified.
• Campaign mechanics have been manipulated or abused, including through digital or any technical means.
• Automated or unauthorised means have been used to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Any unlawful, suspicious, or unethical conduct is identified.
12Limitation of Liability+
12.1 Brands For Less shall not be liable for:
• Failed, delayed, or undelivered email Or SMS.
• Technical system failures or interruptions.
• Telecommunications or network issues.
• Errors affecting Dream Dubai systems or platforms.
• Draw administration, winner selection, or prize fulfilment.
12.2 Dream Dubai shall be solely responsible for all matters relating to raffle operations, draw management, winner selection, and prize fulfilment.
12.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Brands For Less nor Dream Dubai shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the campaign.
13Modification or Termination+
Brands For Less and Dream Dubai reserve the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or terminate the campaign where necessary due to technical issues, fraud prevention measures, regulatory requirements, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Any amendments to the Terms & Conditions will be updated on the Brands For Less website and app.
14Governing Law+
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE, and the Courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
